Babysitter Recruiting

I'm away this week and Whit wanted to go to yoga on Tuesday night. On Sunday, she mentioned to Owen that he would likely have a babysitter and asked him which one he wanted. He told her that Colleen was his first choice.

On Monday night, Colleen called Whit and reported that Owen had sought her out in the Dining Hall and asked her to come over on Tuesday night. So, apparently Owen had decided to cut out the middle man and recruit his own babysitter!

Owen got a clean bill of health from the dentist this morning. Look Ma, no cavities.

Well, not yet but he did score his first goal this morning! These
fellas are Revs that come out every Saturday and runs skills with the
boys.

Owen was invited to the birthday party of one of his classmates, with whom he has a love/hate relationship. On the morning of the party, he sat down to address his birthday card and wrote:

Wiffleball with the students tonight

Owen did great. It's amazing how far his motor skills have come - he can actually hit the ball. I took a turn at the plate and my batting average was lower than his! Now, after every meal he runs out to the quad to see if he can play. The students are terrific. They always give him a chance to field and bat.

Easter Egg Hunt

He gets better at this every year. He loves to hunt for things - he keeps asking if we can hide them again!
